Meet Dr. Vidhi Zala
Dr. Vidhi Zala is a neuro-physiotherapist with over three years of experience helping people rebuild movement, balance and confidence after neurological conditions. She completed both her BPT and MPT (Neurological and Psychosomatic disorders) at Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College, Parul University.
Neurological rehabilitation is her main focus, and she also brings experience in orthopaedic, paediatric and women’s health physiotherapy, and personalised fitness sessions. Her care comes to the patient: at home, over video, or on WhatsApp, so that recovery fits into real life and the family is part of it.
